My Fader flowerhorn suddenly faded

Hi All,

My yellow red combination fader flowerhorn suddely faded. Color completely whiten and not taking food past 5days.

But swim actively. Stomach not bloted. Looks normal shape.

Don't know the reason. Kindly advice please.....

When is the last time you change the water? have you change different food?
