Fahakas are awesome! Like puppies who wag their tail everytime they see you near the tank.Do you feed it any live?I had a few who loved rippin' up craw fish.Very cool to see

Yeah every once and a while, also mussels, clams, hell...he will eat ANYTHING lol. Sometime he jumps for the shrimp and makes an air sucking noise haha. crazy bugger.

Yeah they really are cool.I fed them snails,clams and mussels as well but its very cool to watch them pick a craw fish to pieces.Mimicking nature anyway-they normally rip their claws right off first and then chew off the tail so the crawfish cant swim anymore and finish it off. They're just really nasty when it comes to eating. Strange how it goes from the cute puppy who wags its tail one second to a vicious predator the next.Good luck with it.Hope to see it grow up to an adult.Keep us posted.
 
I hand feed my fahaka also, but I am scared of him taking a chunk of my finger :D
