I finally setup another fancy goldfish tank. It's very peaceful to watch them swim and eat.

Nice setup with plenty of room to swim.

Looks good! I keep saying that I want to do one myself, but I always end up getting other fish, lol!

The black one has a really awesome facial expression. Cool fish!

thanks,, he's a brute for a goldfish. they're all about 3-4", I think they'll look even better if I can get them to hit 8"

Nice setup with plenty of room to swim.

Thank you. It's funny, I've done more water changes on this tank than any setup I've kept. 80% every other day. I want them to grow big :)

haha I still want to build a pond like the one you built a few years ago for koi. To me, there's something zen like when watching goldfish swim. It's relaxing.

I agree! Never seen a red background before.

When I first came up with it, I knew I didn't want to use black since I planned on black goldfish. I thought about going with a blue background, but it reminded me of a petsmart tank too much.

I almost went with dark olive green but when I saw the dark red, it clicked and I realized I had never seen a tank use that color and I figured it would look cool. I like the way it came out.

NICE!

Thanks man :)

Nice tank. The dark red background is nice, though in my opinion there colors would look better under the olive green.

The gold ones would stand out more, i think the dark green anubias helps. I have some bolbitis in the center. When it grows out large enough, it will increase the contrast in the tank.

Awesome goldfish tank. People give them a bad rep for some reason. But non the less your tank looks amazing.
