So my female parrot fish x floweehorn female has a lump on her left side, I'm not sure what it is, any ideas?

That's not the best photo I will add another, also I just done my water parameters and the results are the following.

GH 180, KH 40, PH 6.5
N02 1.0, N03 0
Ammonia is 0.25

Could be a tumor or growth of some kind. If it’s acting normal then I’d leave it alone for now.
 
Your nitrite is 1ppm so consider doing some water changes to bring that number down. Nitrate is zero so best guess is the tank is not cycled and it is stressing the fish in addition to the lump I see.
