I haven't bred Festae before, should I be removing the fry soon or will they be taken care of?

congrads! it seems like all your male needed was some practice
lovely pair. i would recommend you take out maybe 80-90% of the fry and keep 10% with the parents just so you maintain that bond. don't want to wake up one morning with one angry spouse and one dead one

It took me 9 months to grow out this girl to sexual maturity lol. I'd hate to lose her.

hehe it depends on how many fry there are. if there are hundreds, i don't think leaving behind around 50 would be too bad. but it's your call
my jags had ~300 fry and i removed all but around 25 and they were ok for a while. then i decided to separate them cuz the male was starving himself for whatever reason.
