I had the fh for about 8 weeks it was smaller than that. He is 3 'inch

Wow they are small. I don't think any of the eggs will get fertilized.

they arent even CLOSE to even be laying eggs at that size and age.

from the looks it looks like they are in a territiorial dispute

It looks more like a fight than a spawn, IMO. Keep an eye on them for any signs of excessive aggression.
