My FH has a Lump on his mouth

I noticed about a week ago that my Flower horn has a sore on the inside of his lower lip. It doesn't seem to bother him as he eats and acts just fine. Could it be a fungus infection? Or ????

What should I treat this with??? Personally I am thinking salt.


The tank temp is 85f and the tank mates are 5 Clown Loaches and a Silver Dollar.

Some of my fish get these at times...I always thought it was from digging....I just leave it alone and try not to look at it too often, and it goes away...
