My FH is bloated on one side
This happened after i did a 50% water change
He is still eating (I force feed him so he wouldnt starve with 1 day gap between feeding time, once in a day) and he still poops
I have tried giving him peas but he spit them out.
I also put aquarium salt because i notice a population boom in planaria worms ( they are harmless to the fish but i am not takin any chance)
He is still active but his movement are restricted (he is bloated) on one side
Here are the pictures (I know my tank setup is less than ideal)

He has shown slightly more strength since last week but it is really awful for me to watch him like this
I am planning to suck his poop tomorrow to ensure best water quality
I also have metronidazole and planning to buy antibiotics
Need help with him guys
As you can see he is miserable

Yeah he is a short body type (kind of chubby)
Well i live in a city where there are no doctors that specializes in fish treatment
So the antibiotic is worth a shot
I am definitely buying it
But i will give him a few more days for him to recover (he has improved from last week)
Or should i just add the antibiotics?

is he sideways already? planaria means either over feeding or too much waste in the tank. Epsom salt might help but need more pics on the flowerhorn.

Yeah i always de-chlorinate the water
Everything checks out
He's still active and not pale
Just restricted movement
