My FH hasn't been eating for the past few days. I did a water change, all parameters are normal. His poo looks weird too. Kind of like opaque white. Is that a sign of an infection? What to do?

If you Fh has a transparent poo, try putting a heater on the tank and try giving vitamins (i think the name of it is vita, the bottle is red).
look around his head area, if it looks like he has an extra nostril thats not supposed to be there then it is heximta, hex, or better known as hole in the head disease. flowerhorns seem really succetible to this. gl identfying what it is, and also pictures also help us help you, picturing of its feces, whole fish etc..
I put some parasite clear in there, I hope it works. I just did a water change yesterday, so I'm gonna wait until tomorrow and do another. Do you need to dose everyday? For how long?

water changes daily or every other day, treatment, no feeding while you treat, and when you do start to feed only soft foods (no pellets for a while) it's not hard to beat but you just have to stay on it. Good luck man
