just wanted to show my filtration systems. a lfs closed down so a got my hand on there tanks etc. i have 2 lots of filtration systems like the one in the pic. this one i have already setup in my shed for new fish that i quarantine . the other i will set up for my pond. also these are some of the tanks i got from the shop.

Hello Matt, that's a nice set up you have there!!!!!
I am in the process of a similar set up......I am worried about
having too many fittings and reducing the flow to zero......
I have a half horse power, high flow pump with 51 head max.
What kind of pump are you using???
I don't really want to use flex PVC so instead I ordered a bunch
of sweeping PVC elbows and Y's instead of Tee's, to
reduce friction in the pipe.
I did all the flow calculations that I could find on the net
and I am going to be close( I am running three tanks on one pump
and two of them are in an ajoining room).
Let me know what you think.....am I over killing it?????

Is there heat and UV too?
Did you check what electric is needed?
Sometimes commercial stuff uses odd voltages.
 
yes there is heat and uv and they all work fine one system has 4 uv tubes the other has 8.it also came with a large ontrol panel that i can run everything through. i can program te heat i want the tanks .start and stop the pumps and the uv.
