My firemouth cichlids

Did a water change today and thought I would take some pics of my firemouth cichlids. They are putting on some size and coloring up very nicely. I got them in november at around 1" and they are about 3" now. Not bad. The camera catches colors my crappy lighting can't. There is this one fish which has absolutely stunning reds and blues but he must have been hiding so I couldn't get a pic.

Wow, that looks like some REALLY fine sand, what kind is it?

And nice looking firemouths.

Thanks. The sand is this ocean sand, I forget the brand but it's for saltwater tanks. It's the only sand besides that brown play sand in my area. The firemouth's LOVE to sift through the sand as you can tell by the small pits you see in the above pics. Here are a few pics of that colorful fish I was referring too.
