my first aro!!!

okay i am back(with less tanks my parents out a stop to it once i got to over 12 tanks lol) i have my 140 salt and 180 fresh then can set up any othet tanks needed for growout.

the other day i bought my first aro. hes a beautiful 4-4.5 inch silver.

in my 180 i have a 6-7 inch largenouth bass,16.5 inch tiger oscar,11 inch tiger oscar,17 inch id shark. i plan to get rid of the shark.

bviousely i could not ut the aro in there without him being gulped down so he is in my 10g with 3 baby ebjds.

he ate cichlid flakes and freeze dried krill the day i bought him and still readily accepts it(bought him saterday)

he already looks like hes grown. now heres the plan.. i plan to set up my 50g breederfor the aro,3ebjds and a albino tiger oscar.

as they grow i can put them in a 90g if needed bu8t if not the tiger and the aro will g0o to the 180 when large enough.

heres a q. how big shoulkd the aro be before putting him in the 180?

any other things i should know?

uhm... i would shoot for no less then 12", but by then he will need a bigger tank.

By the time I would recommend putting the silver into the 180g, it would be too large for the 180g tank and in need of something about 300g.

i will keep him in a 50g breeder then a 90g then to the 180 then i guess
