My first diy over flow good/ bad job?

It would appear to be a minor twist on the basic DIY overflow pipe theme in that the external vent pipe is T'd off of the bottom external crossover pipe instead of the external up pipe... but this shouldn't have any effect on its performance. Looks good to me!
