My First ever Macro Shots

Hi All,

I just got myself a Nikon 105mm Macro lens and though I would take a few pics.
Please let me know how I can improve on what I have so far.
I am using the Nikon D90 with the Nikon AF-S 105mm F2.8 f/2.8G IF-ED VR Micro

Congrats on the new lens. Macro will open up a whole new dimension to your photography and is always fun. The best tip I can give is to use a speedlite in conjunction with a good bounce type diffuser. The extra light will allow a smaller aperture giving you much more detail.
