Great colors! But why does it matter what the "value" is? You paid $35.00 that to me is an excellent deal.

I'd have paid 35 easy for that female, for two reason's I like her no matter her "value", and females are a little harder to find in my neck of the woods.

i was just curious im looking to get a male for her ,found one on criagslist but he had no color to him at all and was a little torn up. its pretty hard to find either male or female around hear.

There are multiple opinions on breeding flower horns, Personally I would spend a little $$$ on a quality male, and that way introduce some desirable gene's into your breeding project. This makes the value go up of course, and keeps the gene pool pristine.

Before a got a couple of new tanks, my main one (110g which is now my second largest) was full of baby 2-4 inch Flowerhorns. I loved these beautiful creatures. I recently sold them because i wanted to start a discus tank,i sold them 100 USD to a LFS. I hope you enjoy these wonderful fish as much as i did. Also they are aggersive

Good luck!
Regards, Mat

I'd say you got one heck of a deal for $35. Our store would've probably put her out for about $50.

Congrats! She is a really pretty fish. I'll bet you could really get some beautiful fish out of it if you stuck it out, and waited on a Red Dragon to breed her with ;)
