My First Flowerhorn

Hi all,

Long time lurker, first time poster from Australia here. This is an awesome forum!

I got my first flowerhorn almost 2 weeks ago. From what I've read, I think it is a male ZZ, but unsure of the specific variety. Would this be correct? I would also appreciate some feedback as to the quality of it as I don't know a lot about flowerhorns even though I have kept fish for ages!

Not sure why you want the thread to be deleted but he looks to be a solid lil guy. He as good finnage and descent color and pearls at a young age. Feed his a good diet and make plenty of water changes and he should grow up nice. Keep us updated.............

what part of australia. im thinking about my next vac. to alice springs.
