I picked up an inexpensive FH yesterday ($10). I was told its a Red Dragon but Im not sure. Its still pretty small. Have it with a small female Con in a 20 gal long with an Eheim 2217. It already eats like a pig (omega one cichlid super color). Any thoughts? Cell Phone pics ... turned out ok. Front glass is clean but seems I need to clean the back side haha.

I have a bag of bright red gravel. After reading the care sticky, I will be throwing that in the tank. Ill also be looking around for a bright background.
 
I grabbed some white wrapping paper and added it to the back of the tank along with the red gravel. Now its so bright I cant take cell pics of it. Haha.

is it a red texas with no pearls because the line that goes to the tail makes me think red texas because its not as much of a flower chain as most young flower horns have and the eyes should be red right if its a FH
 
It's not a red texas. It's not red and doesn't look like a Texas. Lots of vieja blood in this fish.
