My first flowerhorn!

Very Very excited check out my first flower. I've waited patiently until I found one that I exactly liked. Sold as a Masterpiece Red Dragon. Looks like a female. It's worth mentioning that I never drip acclimated a fish until I bought this girl. WOW what a difference. I did the drip for an hour and when she plopped in.. acted like nothing was wrong.

It's a ZZ female. A masterpiece is a male with a water kok. This is a nice Flowerhorn you have but won't develop a big kok maybe a small one which most females do

Beautiful fish! It always amazes me how much people are concerned with their Flowerhorn have a "big kok". Who cares?! A nice fish is a nice fish, regardless!

Most people only buy flowerhorns for their kok. This fish is beautiful though as long as my males have a protrusion I'm fine.

Of course they do. Its called a Flowerhorn for a reason the flower line and then the horn is the hump.

I have males sign no hump but he's very pearly and amazing colors.
