Maidstone-20111109-00087.jpgView attachment 855816Hey all a year or so ago I had a 15inch silver (in the pic) that I sold at the beginings of drop eye but I've missed owning an aro, this guy was in the lfs for a while and the guy knock 30 percent off for me so I snapped him/her up! What you lot think? Looks like he has a gold base colour, has three barbles aswell?

3 barbels? Did one get damaged and split? Can't really see that in picture.
 
Hope you can keep the dropeye at bay this time. Nice fish. Miss mine, they are too pricey for me nowdays.
 
Maybe, I only got him today so not sure, its really even tho, so one forward and one each side so it don't bother me... I'm really happy with him tho, thanks!-) I got a giant gourami and he's been tryin to show the jar who's boss, needless to say say the gourami has a few small rips in his tail! Hopefully he gives up as the jar don't seem bothered, jus defending himself!
 
This fish is nasty, might be traded in if it don't calm down, even biting a pleco now!!

Expected it to be more silver aro than piranha lol! These are in a different league as far as aggression!! Its dominated everything within 8 hours and most of my fish have a tear in their tail! As I got it so cheap (see why now) I reckon I can trade him in for more. Credit than I paid at a diff store... Will be a Shame but I've learnt a lesson here I think...
