now i want to be a hundred percent sure this will hold my tank i am thinking so

So I take it that you putting a 10,000G tank on this? LOL

haha yeah i have a bit of an overkill problem but our local menards had a killer sale on wood so i decided that i might as well go big or go home lol. i believe it will end up being approximatly 300 gallons

wow that's some stand....ought to be able to keep 2 or 3 elephants on that thing. Looks well made tho. I guess you're not planning on keeping a sump or having cabinets in the stand.

i actually modified the planning a little today and pulled some of those 2x4's out and did some better spacing and measuring because i would like to have full access to sumps and not have to put them behind or next to the tank or something

Looking good so far. Ill be watching this thread. Im building a plywood tank also, but im waiting for my dad to come back from his trip to put the glass in. The glass is ordered and it feels like forever.
