My first Sump! I need MAJOR advice!

Hello! I just wanted to know plain and simple, What would I need for a BIG sump? And what parts are (exactly) needed to build one? I would like to know the most (important) components as well. This is a major project for me and I know alot of you guys have input on this. So all replies are greatly appreciated! Thanks.
