If these are the ones that Jeff has described as variety synspilum red heads with a lot of nice coloring coming in, I don't see what he's talking about. I was about to order one from him but glad I didn't. Maybe once it settled in his colors will pop out more

It looks more like the Laguna Yaxha melanura rapps was selling but a super stressed one. They look pretty bad when they're stressed but amazing when they're happy. They get super dark but either way this fish looks quite dull. I know rapps never had the Laguna Yaxha melanura at 5 inches for sale but has the variety synspilum for sale at this size so am wondering if this fish is what rapps has it labeled at. Rapps says they're very colored up and is selling them for 50 dollars a pop! Not seeing any color here. Hmmm
