Man, wish I had my camera ready for this one. Unfortunately it happened so quickly I'll just have to relay a funny incident this afternoon.

My Oscar Brick is accustomed to other fish 'moving aside' when he bulls his way through. He'll swim head on at them and they part the red sea.

Well, everyone except the BP Boss. The Sumo parrot has been with Brick since he was a baby and knows all his moves. He's a stubborn fish too. So Brick saunters over to his side to fight his reflection. Boss was in the way. Brick swims head on at him, but the parrot stubbornly holds his ground. So...

Brick "chin butts" the parrot, shoving him backwards. (The open mouth threat didn't work).

So Boss swims around the Oscar and head butts him sideways. The two collided and bounced off each other like bowling balls. And then they were good. ?

This isn't the first time its happened, its pretty rare these two 'quibble.' But it was funny as hell...if I can ever capture it I will.

Meanwhile my diva BP Patch has a new game. It's called "divebomb the surface,
bang glass lid, grab a bubble from the airstone then divebomb back to the sand and spit the bubble out."
? She laid eggs recently and is showing facial markings like a midas right now. The markings come up at times on her face...they're bright orange and wrap her chin like a beard.

Tango has built himself a comfy spot to watch TV in my office. He'll sit in a frame of plants and stare at the screen.

Bobo the Choc is a pig when it comes to eating. Not quite Oscar like, but he is greedy. His fins are really growing long now. He tries to "out pig" Brick but Brick grabs food from his mouth.

Chip is coming along slowly. Physically he's pretty good but mentally he's still a bit 'off.' If the Oscar gets near he head stands and goes vertical or swims next to the Oscar with his head tilted down. Tank's pretty peaceful right now.
