MY FISH ARE SICK !!! HELP !!!!

i was doing a water change today on my striped bass and i noticed someting thats not right ..... they all hve white stuff ???? (looks like dry skin) its all ovr there bodies fins ect what is this stuff and how do i threat it i was trying to get a pic but it dissapers on camera

Does it look like salt grains on them? If it does it is Ick.

id use some salt and raise the temp and some stress coat possibly hook them up do another water change

Is it white dots all over them or a whitish film in places? If it's the latter it might be columnaris. If it's the former it could be ich or fungus depending on the size of the spots and stuff. Try to get pics.
