i've been treating for columnaris with the melafix and premafix it looks like its getting worse help me !!!! ph is a little high but i dont think this is ph related

Sorry - re-read what you were treating with... what's the temp? And there's usually not much you can do unfortunately.
the water is 66 degeres what about my other fish what can i do for them if its not to this point yet

That is not Columnaris. It is a severe fungal infection. Go to the drug store & get some Mecurochrome (in a tiny brown bottle). Pull the fish out of the water & while it's in the net (do not touch the fish with your hands!), swab the wound with it. It will stain the wound orange.

i already tryed getting it the drug store told me they dont cary it cuz it contains mercury what else can i use
See what they're substituting it with. My stepdaughter just got something similar & it cleared up her fish's fungus right away.
OK, just spoke to my stepdaughter (woke her up) & she said it's called :Curechoime, a mercury-free replacement.
