If you have read the ingredients in most quality fish foods, they are stuff full of tons of essential vitamins and minerals and other healthy stuff, on top of the nutritients they are getting from the raw shrimp, frozen baby brine shrimp, and feeders (danios). My fish have a healthier diet than I do hahaha but my food tastes better I am sure.
