My fish has a rock in its nostril?

Hello,
I have a 120 gallon fish tank and I have gravel in it. As my goldfish are getting bigger they tend to dig and forage for food more and more and like to shove their faces into the gravel. I have noticed that a few of my bigger goldfish that are like 7-9 inches are getting rocks in their nostrils? Is this bad and what should I do? Thank you for input its appreciated!

It should'nt be nothing bad as they dont breathe out of there but use it for sense, probably will fall out soon so dw
