i think my fish (jaguar cichlid started first) has ick or some kind of parasite. i have a few fish in my tank now having the same symptoms. i've been putting in "ick clear" from the jungle product line. what should i do? how much and how many water changes, should i use a different medication in the tank, and should i add salt? HELP PLEASE!!!

Use salt and heat combination only. Dose a tablespoon per 5g of table salt. Be sure to dissolve it thoroughly first before adding to the tank and increase heating by as high as 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep the tank well aerated. For water changes, do them every 2-3 days by as much as 50% to keep water quality clean consistently. Redose with salt per the amount of water replaced.
