I have a 75gal FOWLR, Sailfin tang, 2 triggers, 2 small damsels and a goby. The Sailfin looks to have some small bumps. I didn't noticed them before. The other fish don't seem to have any. It might be ick, it might not. I'm not sure at this point. What would be my best course of action. Do I wait to see it it gets worse and maybe it might be ick or do I treat now.

I read a method to treat is by lowering the salinity level over a course of 4 days.

Should I treat, wait?

Thanks

Update, 2 more fish are showing signs of ick. It's definitely ick. Should I start by lower the salt level? Or is there a better to treat these guys. I would hate to lose them.

thanks for any help
