my fish not eating at all?

my fish is a blue peacock african cichlid probably past his prime and i notice he stopped eating he doenst even stare at the food he always used to eat but he looks healthy he dones't look like he lost his belly but i notice his color has turned a bit brownish with a little blue

can anyone recomend me something or he may be really sick?
