Has anyone else's research into how to feed their fish opened their eyes about what we eat? I know that I now have to strongly consider whether something that I wouldn't want going into my fish tank should go into my stomach. I eat a lot of green vegetables and fish meat, as well as eggs and grains. Of course, you can't put lentil soup into an aquarium, but cooked lentil beans would be a good choice, so if the ingredients are natural I'll eat lentil soup, see what I mean? Since I wouldn't eat live goldfish, I don't feed my own fish live goldfish, so it works the other way around somewhat. I feel great, too! I've lost a lot of weight since I began fishkeeping. 30 pounds in three years. I am promoting the 'See Food' diet. If I see fish eat it, I'll see me eat it! Of course, their are plenty of exceptions, but I like the guidelines this concept sets. Anybody else?
