Not alwais, but most of the time.
Every aquarium have his own system (FX5, Eheim Pro III and Eheim Pro II)

If i were you i would get rid of some of the smaller African cichlids and try to keep some of the jags and doviis. just a thought.

Don't worry, I want to keep my Jags and Dovii breeding pairs. When my Dovii will leave my aquarium, it will be for going at the Montreal's Biodome http://www2.ville.montreal.qc.ca/biodome/site/site.php?langue=en
