my fish had a small blister type thing on his lip, it went away and now its a big blister. now im starting to notice that one of his eyes is getting cloudy.. whats goin on? what should i do?

Sounds like your water parameters are off. Check your ammonia levels. Do a massive water change and add salt, 1 tbsp per 5 gallons to start.
all my other fish are fine. its just this guy. hes had a small blister for a while.. and it went away i think and now its back bigger than ever and now his eys looks like it has a foggy spot.
