Heres some pics from the 8 footer.
The Flaveolus are on the verge of another spawning, theyre cleaning off the inside of their strawberry pot this evening.

Also the largest Istlanum pair are prepping for a spawn too, i'll expect eggs within a day or two.

those are all nice fish :naughty: . i really like the istlanum pair and your turquoise cichlid . do those flaveolus get large like amarillo's ? i like the midas too ...

Cheers my friend, I think the Flaveolus have maxed out now at male 10" female 8". Im not expecting them to get any bigger :)

I agree mate, they are extremely similar, i kept Amarillo years ago, growing them to adult size. If the Flaveolus hadnt come from a really reliable source ( Mr Willem Heijns ), i would have swore they were Amarillo!

Great looking fish all around but that Male Istlanum from your largest pair and those Lyonsi are just down right amazing!
