My flower horn started loosing colour and going dull

I have bought this fh 2 weeks before his eyes lence has become big like cup and had dull colur then before started looking black had big black spot in his body and i also i want to know which fh is this

You need a kit, without knowing the water params its a guessing game.

what is the wound on his side from? did it just happen to appear? anything in the tank he could have rubbed against?

do small, frequent water changes for now, that's the best advice youre going to get here without all the info needed, not to sound like a jerk or anything just telling you now lol.

Do you some good foods to feed i have frozen blood worms and xo humpy head some times i give feeding fish

In my fh eye lense has expand its look like cup in his eye at one side

Stick to the pellets only, blood worms maybe occasionally. go do water changes, don't worry about the type of FH it is.
