Home of the brave.
Finaly figured out how to post this in the right section. This is budah my Thai Kamalau Fh at 6-7 inches. I bought him for 200 about a month ago. He is currently housed in a 75g filtered by a Emperor 400, 350 and a eheim canister 2213 with 30 percent weekly wc's. His deit consists of Hikari pelets, Sf bay krill, bloodworms, and the ocational live cricket. Let me know what you think.

Good looking Boy. Looks healthy and happy, nice pearls and shape, looks to have some yellow base color as well you might be able to pull out that yellow with some gravel, love the yellow bases.

Someone told me he has drop tail but i could care less he is my prize fish...

he is a fine fish. :D lol and i bet his head can get even bigger with age. one thing i see that is a downfall for possible future breeding is the passing on of the weak tail genes. the drop tail won't go away and will get worse as he ages. just a heads up. congrats on a great fish and i hope he brings you much enjoyment as a pet should for many years.

How much worse? Do you think 200 was too much?

yeah it would get worse..
200 isnt too bad.. but me personally i wouldnt of paid more than $150 for it..
but you sound like you're proud of him and that you love the dude so thats all that matters.
