He looks very stressed. Mind if we get a pic of the tank? There might be something that's stressing him out, it looks like he's trying to find a place to hide out.

Adding something to hide behind is good for fish. Do you know if your tank is cycled? How long has it been running?

I do 50% water change every 5 days. I got him just a week back. Heater temperature is set to 30

I’d check ur water quality. Lower ur temp to 26 degrees Celsius. Provide a a cave or driftwood/plants.

Your tank is not cycled if you got him last week. Get a 'currently in use' sponge filter from a store if possible or else get something like seachem safe or prime to detoxify ammonia. You will need more frequent water changes till your tank is cycled.

Gradually go down in temperature. Do you have thermostat?

I'd darken the substrate a bit, too. If you have darker sand or gravel, sprinkle in some. Cute lil feller!
