Since yesterday, I see weird black markings on my flowerhorn, It was completely white and vibrant before.
I see it on his body and it seems like it's increasing, it's on the edges of his fins and tail too.
I have an heater set on 28 degree celsius, I did 50% water change, added a bit of aquarium salt as well, he is having fine appetite but I am worried about him.
I can say that he is sick and is hiding and got his fins closed, any help? :(

Don't worry yourself. This is perfectly normal for fader's to go thru periods of losing and gaining darker colors. It may lose them again or may gain more, generally once the fish is roughly 6-8in long they tend to stop changing color. Here's a couple pics of my girl "Star". First 2 is when she was a juvi and the last is her at 3 years old. She was pure white at one point but changed quite a bit over time.

As for the hiding situation that could be any number of things going on. If ya don't mind, could ya post a pic of the full tank? It may be something in or possibly near the tank that could be making it shy.

Cichlids go through shy stages. If you add some more cover it may help it to be less shy.
My blood parrot will get black marking which go away. Part of the fader gene inherited from their Midas/devil ancestors. The markings go away after a few days.

Now I am thinking that this can be chlorine/ammonia burns? I am not able to buy something like water conditioner due to strict lockdown rules, I am using a week old water now, what do you think? I tried like 4-5 medical stores as well but no luck in finding one...

Just looks like fading to me.
You can test for ammonia, but ammonia burns are typically near the gills and look like open lesions.
I never use water conditioner and don’t have ammonia problems, water changes are the best for fighting them.
