A little advice, you may want to add a LOT more plant coverage. Livebearers like guppies have no problem popping out a baby then turning around and eating it. Trust me, I've got a tank full of livebearers...
 
Yeah, they'll usually abort if put into the breeding net.

What I do is get a bunch, and I mean a BUNCH, of floating plants. When born the babies will instinctively go look for shelter in floating plants. After she's had all the babies, then I net them all and stick them in the breeders net.
**Make sure your filter intake is covered with a piece of filter foam! Otherwise it'll suck up all the babies...
