Purchased him at my lfs any tips or advice would be great

Easy to care for. Gets to 1' some slightly larger possibly with good genes. Omnivore. Will eat whatever fits in it's mouth. Can be a little territorial. Will definitly fight its own species ime.
Really like mine, he is currently 8" and never hides. Beautiful long whiskers, very much underated cat imo.
Mine does great with 12" cichlids in my 300g, eats anything, great decision on that one!-)

One of my favorite catfish of all time!
Super easy to keep, really hardy, can withstand almost any conditions, will eat anything including smaller fish, active during day and night but will hide, and they grow anywhere from 10''-14'' depending on which species of 4 line you get.
I want to find one for my tank they are so cool!

They are quite long-lived as well my oldest just turned 18 and my younger one is 8
