Mike Pauers (PHD in ichthyology) has been studying the cichlids of Malawi for years. We have over that time shared many aquarium fish (a pair of spawning Tomocichla most notably), and their progeny, and had many discussions about cichlids, and jazz. I'm proud to share a link to his article.

It is almost certainly the highlight of any aquarists life when he gets an article he wrote himself published although because he’s an ichthyologist I’m sure this isn’t the highlight and there will be better things to come. Thank you for sharing it
