my front has a lump help

Help my front has this lump on his belly not on his anus but on underneath his belly a black lump dabbed it with some melafix. Whats this thing my front is still active still eating but he has this protruding black lump is this a tumor?
It looks like his belly popped out and he swallowed a pebble? anyone who has an idea whats this?

I have trouble seeing the black lump. Melafix does not work as a topical treatment. If the lump is not ulcerated, it's pointless to apply anything on the lump directly as topical treatment. Any chance of clearer shots? When did this occur? Could you please provide a few more info such as tank size, tankmates, water parameters, maintenance routine and foods provided?

sorry bout the pics took it with a phone cam,

the water parameters are great 0 nitrates 0 ammonia tank mates more fronts

its belly just burst open eith something hard coming out i dunno if its an extra fin or a pebble but beside that his healthy and eating

Could you take a shot of the belly? How did its poop look beforehand? I wonder if encysted nematodes are somehow the culprit here.

what is your substrate? It looks as if he swallowed a piece of gravel?

my substrate is sand, beach sand.

Thats what im thinking maybe he swallowed something hard because when i touch it its hard to the touch
