Gar is approximately 15 inch and gars are now not available in where i live especially this is a alligator gar

Would keep in clean water and reduce stress. Waiting game.

The eel will be likely attacked. How big is the pond/tank?
First of all its not a eel second thing is that it got crazy and was jumping after being saved i used a plate like thing to cover the place he was in temporarily after a few minutes i saw that he jumped And the plate was not able to stop him the pond was near and he went right into the pond and gar got him the moment it fell in the water and even ate it !!!! My pond is 150-180 gallon

I'm not sure I've got what your saying right here. It sounds like you have an aligator gar, two snakehead and an eel on order to live in your 150to 180 gallon??
If this is the case all your fish are doomed.
That amount of water is really nowhere near enough for the channa stratia alone.
You do know how large aligator gars can grow?

More research is needed before you put curtain fish in a relatively small predatory tank, different snakehead species never do well with each other for a start, I would separate them immediately

Why would you put the snakehead in when it is LITERALLY ONE THIRD THE SIZE OF THE GAR????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
