So I bought this 300g galvanized stock tub last year from this guy that I got some frontosa from. It has been sitting doing nothing for almost a year. In that time I moved my various fish from different set up to different set up so as to redesign my tanks in my restaurant, which made for me putting my fronts in a 4ft 140g tall. Not the best but at least better than being in a 75g.
So as I was doing water changes on friday night. I thought why the heck not. I did have my florida soft shell turtle in the tub but recently gave him to a lady that had fallen in love with it, so that left this tub without any a resident.
I have not got any pictures of the indoor "pond" itself but here are the fish that I moved to it.
Just a pic of the tub as we were loading it into my van.
This was the first stocking I did of it, but , the upkeep was just to much
I put in my 9 fronts, the only one I took a pic of was the alpha
I put in 4 of these
These 2
And 5 of these
This last guy is one of my fav's, he is kinda gimped but lots of character and he has his very own lady. Was funny to watch him beat out a much bigger fish to win her attention.
I put a bunch of dead rock in the tank that I have been just keeping for when I do my big reef as a way of giving any babies a solid place to hide.
I have 2 filters on the tank and a 300w heater. Will take some pics of it and post them up later.
