my ghost shrimp mated

i just noticed three of my ghost shrimp in my brackish tank carrying green eggs the sg is 1.010-1.011 but will the eggs hatch and wat do i feed the larva

I don't see any reason why the eggs wouldn't hatch. You can try separating the berried female to a tank by herself with a lot of plants. Newly hatched larvae will probably eat infusoria or green water.

i thought ghost shrimp were freshwater? i use to feed them to my cons in freshwater? is it okay to feed them to puffers?

From what I've heard, there are freshwater and brackish ghost shrimp. The species I have right now seems to do well in brackish, but I haven't seen any evidence that fresh would hurt it. Maybe they're fine with either one.
I think ghost shrimp are OK food for puffers. I've never kept a puffer though so I don't know for sure.
