My golden albino won't eat

ok i bought 2 golden albinos about 1 and a half weeks ago. One started to eat but the bad thing is he/she only eats frozen brineshimp and the 2 discus looked fine no parasites or diseases. if anyone knows hows why this is happening please tell me. thanks Ed

P.S the one that doesn't eat gets bullied a lot and stays in a corner in my 100 gallon bare bottom tank with 9 other discus.

You answered your own question. The one that doesn't eat is on the bottom of the group's social ladder, which is why it's being bullied. Such fish often waste away and die after a period of weeks or months.
