Picked him up yesterday.
I have been eyeing him at my LFS here for about a month and a half and might get into breeding plecos. I haven't really put any thought into it till today. Do a 1 male-2 female set up.
I could get a 50 gallon here to try my hand with some Zebra plecos too.

omg.. that is so beautiful.. and the best part about that pleco is that is Fat and well fed...

I can't believe your LFS would have it just around the store.. if my lfs had it.. it will be gone in a few days..

Thanks. I'd have to agree a very beautiful choice for a pleco.
My man Chris up at my LFS keeps very good care of his stock. Never had a problem with any fish bought from there, very healthy.
They have an awesome assortment of plecos, it's a pleco lover's dream in there. L91's, Royals(watermelons too), vampire, mango, and many others. I can even get a few Zebra's through them.

I can't wait to see what it's like with this guy raising hundreds of fry. I hope I can pull it off. It would be a nice sight to see.
