My goonch growout thread

Here's my goonch (bagarius lica as identified by chicxulub and estarego8)
First day with me 3/9/13

*note those feeder goldfishes are there just to cleqn his left overs
As of 4/5/13

1 big thig i noticed is the coloration. Really improved!

He was 10" then and now he's pushing 13"! Pretty fast growth rate.

I don't want to derail but what is there behaviour/character like? It was a toss up between 1 of these or an RTC for me and the RTC is winning so far

I live in the philippines so if i convert it, got it for roughly $150? Fairly cheap actually

Well just like RTC's it eats anything that fits its mouth. The only thing that sets it apart is that it has teeth so it can fin nip. But if regularly fed its generally peaceful.
