Thanks. For some reason that oscar got her to lay eggs several times, you can kind of see them under her in the third picture.
I think she's into South American guys.

I got her from my lfs, Exotic Pets.
There were six of them in a tank, not for sale, for months. Then one day I went in and they had sold all but one. I figure they were trying to get a pair but finally gave up.
I asked the owner if he knew what kind of fish it was but he seemed unsure and just said that he thinks its a hybrid of two cichlids from Panama.
