My green severum (oprah) Has had some pich issues for the past week or so ive been dosing the tank with Quick cure one time a day every day. SHE IS SO MANGLED ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY. Her fins started to rot and are almost completely gone within 2 days. I dont know what to do the temp has been slowly raised to 82 degrees and salt is added. What do i do she is still covered in ich and is breathing very heavily

We need a bit more information. Is the fish getting bullied? Have you removed all your chemical filtration? Have you performed a partial water change since you began treatment? I have never seen Ick so bad that fins begin to rot. It sounds like you might have a fungal disease.
Try to separate the fish in a quarantine tank and treat for fungus.
